An overview of management and maintenance events taking place at your facility from the pre-season through winterization:
- Reconnect the fresh water and filter system
- Schedule and complete the drain & cleaning of facility pool
- Inspect and advise for repairs and give cost estimates
- Complete repairs upon obtaining proper authorization
- Staff hiring & training (ONGOING)
- System start-up and preparations for pre-opening inspection
- Meet Regional Manager and Area Supervisor
- Pool opens Memorial Day weekend
- Supervisor visits pool at least 3 times per week
- Recommended repair list completed
- Pool closes Labor Day or other scheduled time
- Winterize pool
