EXPERIENCE
For over 30 years Norman Kay has been involved in aquatic sports and the pool management business. Norman held numerous pool and waterfront management positions, including Waterfront Director.
Over 30 years in the pool development, maintenance and management business, Howard Sklar has a management style focused on proper design, implementation and customer satisfaction.
Together for over 20 years, Norman Kay and Howard Sklar have owned and operated Total Swimming Pool Management. It has grown into one of Long Island's preeminent pool and aquatic management companies, providing management and related services to communities, hotels, associations, country club pools, health clubs and aquatic centers located throughout Northeast Metropolitan area, currently operating in the following states: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Virginia.
